So here we go for my #1 band for the second day of T In The Park. Before for I start on my top band I just thought I'd mention a few bands I definitely recommend you listen to from Saturday's line up. Definitely The Vaccines, The Libertines who have recently made their re-entrance into the music world thank the lord, George Ezra always a favourite, and circa waves who were my new find for Glastonbury. But also from Friday I highly recommend fat boy slim who's set in the King Tut tent was so on point (plus he's looking V good for his age) and also Mark Ronson who never fails to perform. But anyway my #1 band for Saturday, here we fucking go...

I know that I wrote about them during my Glastonbury post, but seriously I just had to give this post to Twin Atlantic!!! I mean Mctrusty went on stage with a black eye. #RockAndRoll

So Twin Atlantic, of course they were my number 1 band, they fit the bill perfectly. I mean who ever would of thought about putting a Scottish band on at T In The Park? Crazy times. Honestly though I was so fucking happy when they were announced. A proper home grown Scottish band, who loved their country and love their music just as much as their fans.

I was slightly concerned about Twin only because I knew they were playing at the same as Avici who headlined the main stage. I didn't want them to have another Glastonbury experience where they didn't have that big of a crowd because Lionel was on. But to my absolute joy they had a massive turn out. I don't know whether anyone caught the BBC three footage but there was a debate on whether people wanted to rock (with Twin) or rave (with avici). Some people seriously need to sort out their priorities if they would rather see Avici over Twin. I guess you knew who were in the right when the crowd started to sing 'who the fuck is Avici?' inbetween song changes. They are right though, compared to Twin Atlantic, who the fuck is Avici?!

You can always count on Twin to put on a show though. From the lighting to the instruments, and you know they have the best tunes; what more do you want from a festival? They always do the best set list, and just for the record, played some of my favourite songs!!! Oceans by far was the best. If we are going for top 3 though I would say Oceans, fall into the party, and make a beast of myself. Top tunes.

From a little Scottish band, to rocking at T. Twin Atlantic are by far one of the best bands of the 21st Century. And hearing them at T just reminded me of how unbelievable they were when I saw them live! Definitely one of my favourite bands.
