So here is the final instalment of my top band for the final day of T In The Park.

Before I mention my #1 for Sunday, I would just like to recommend watching James Bay and Catfish and the Bottlemen. I know I mentioned them in my Glastonbury post but they are both seriously talented, and their looks help, so deffo go and check them out! Anyway #1 band….

My final band is Noel Gallagher and the high flying birds. Obviously Noel is a total legend, on his own as well as with Oasis, so I guess it’s only right that he was the final headliner, and my final #1 band.

So as everyone knows Oasis was one of the biggest 90’s bands there was. Their indie rock made a lot of people completely fall in love with them, including me! They had some abso tunes, like Don’t Look Back in Anger and of course the almighty Wonderwall. Noel Gallagher’s new band High Flying Birds has a similar vibe to Oasis (of course), so if you were like me and loved them, you are pretty much guaranteed to love these.

Noel was always known as the nicer brother in Oasis, and things really haven’t seemed to change. In his BBC3 interview post gig he was so at ease and calm, and just really polite. I mean I suppose you can pretty much be totally at ease when you’ve had a successful career for 20+ years but still. He gave possibly the best advice you can give if you are about to perform or so something public: ‘just remember that all of the people out there are here to see you and no one can do you better than yourself’. Wise words from a legendary wise man.

But anyway back to the actual set; of course it was completely amazing! This is Noel Gallagher we are talking about. Even though he has visibly aged he is still beautiful, and knows how to dress. He does the whole dressing his age but dressing like a total DILF thing, and it really works for him. He really hasn’t changed all that much since his Oasis days.

His set was perfect. Not only did he do his High Flying Birds hits but he also pulled out some classic Oasis for a turn. Seriously it was probably the most perfect set that you could finish a festival with. Perfectly rock and roll, and what I fully believe a British festival should be- filled with good music, guitars and drums, and a killer singer. Really the perfect closer to such an incredible line up for T In The Park 2015.

So there you go, my #1 bands for the past 3 days at T. Although I only did 3 bands (and mentioned a few in passing), I really urge you to watch some of the other performers from the weekend, because seriously the line-up was unreal! Watch them all here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/events/e8phn3

I hope you enjoyed my posts this weekend!
