I am so sorry that I didn’t post at all last week. I feel like my blog recently has been made up of apologies but it’s only because I have been SO busy with school, and writing my personal statement, and all that fun stuff. To make up for it I thought that I would do a simple post for you now.
So last week I went to Brighton for the day and had the opportunity to discover this completely different culture that I want to share with you. Here are 5 things you HAVE to do when in Brighton:
Go to the beach: Duh! It’s a seaside place and, although being an incredibly pebbled beach, it’s nice to go down and have a little sit down. Just watch out for seagulls because those bastards are huge!!!!
Go down to the lanes: Brighton has two lanes (North and South) which are filled with independent shops dotted down the most adorable cobbled street. It’s the perfect place for exploring and finding unique and quirky nick-knacks and gifts – especially records!
Go to scoop and crumb: No matter what the weather or season you have to go to Scoop and Crumb. It has the best ice cream I have ever tasted in my life- try the coconut ice cream with mango sorbet, it blew my mind.
Go see some art: Brighton is full of amazing artists so go and see some of their work, it’s everywhere- seriously just look at the walls of buildings you walk past.
Go to the pier: Brighton Pier is infamous. You don’t even have to go on the rides, you just need to walk it to get the experience. There is no other pier like it!
Enjoy these pictures I took whilst in Brighton.

So there’s my very late post! I promise you I will have some better posts coming up as I have some exciting events coming up to share with you all…
