WEEK ONE- and so the journey begins…

Firstly I would just like to say HAPPY NEW YEAR! It’s 2016 already and I’m so excited for this year to unfold. For me it’s going to be massive- I turn 18, I go to university, and I get to start my new fitness journey with you. I’ve decided that I want to track my health this year using my blog so that I can share my progress and stress with you all and, hopefully, remain motivated for a whole year. So here is week one…
The 1st of January is always a pain- you have a severe hangover, you can’t really be bothered to do anything, and you have loads of left over shit from Christmas (probably the dregs, including the shit roses from the tin). All in all it’s a hard time of the year to start your diet. However it’s time for me to start living a healthier lifestyle starting now.
I am a 13 stone 1 pound woman who wants to get down to 9 stone 7 pounds by the end of 2016. Hopefully this time next year I will be 3 stone 6 pounds lighter than now, and also a lot happier. To achieve this I intend to go running twice a week, the gym twice a week, and dancing twice a week. I’ve assembled my new gym kit, planned out my days, and I hope you will enjoy coming on this exciting journey with me.
