Let’s restart…

So I’ve recently lost a lot of motivation regarding my fitness. I’ve had birthdays and a lot of nights out, and I’ve just generally lost all motivation for staying active and healthy. BUT NO MORE. I have decided to restart. The start of spring means more daylight, better weather, and generally a better mood all round, which will result in a more active me.
Obviously I need to set myself some goals though, so here are some things I want to achieve:
A realistic goal of 5 pounds weight loss a month
Go to the gym at least once a week and walk at least twice a week
Stop eating any form of chocolate
Cut down on alcohol consumption
Although this seems like what I’ve been preaching to have done since January, I want to start over, and begin again. Just hopefully with better results…
