If it's online it's fine...

So recently I’ve been doing a lot of online shopping (much to my bank accounts dismay) to prepare for my upcoming trip to Paris. I’ve ordered clothing from a lot of different online stores, and thought, for those of you who like to online shop or are perhaps looking for the best sites to shop on, I would compile a list of my top 3 shops to help you get the best bargains and avoid online shopping disasters…

ASOS: So first on my list is really my go to. What’s great about ASOS is that it has loads of different clothing brands, as well as their own, so if you’re looking for a specific clothing item from a different store that may have sold out on their website, always check ASOS because they may be your saviour. However, depending on the clothing item, and the brand your looking for, ASOS can get quite pricey with their range being anywhere between £5 and £250, but if you have an NUS Extra card you can get 10% off any full priced clothing items, plus all deliveries over £20 are completely free. So my advice for shopping on ASOS would be have a really good look at all the clothing before deciding on what items to buy because there is a HUGE range, get yourself an NUS card, and don’t just use it for one item because you want that free delivery!

Missguided: I’ve only just recently started using Missguided and I

absolutely love it! Their clothing is not quite as expensive as ASOS, ranging between £3 and £50, and their sizes are incredibly accurate which can sometimes be an issue when shopping online- trust me I know it. Like ASOS NUS or UNI DAYS holders can get extra discounts from the site, including 25% off all full priced orders which never goes a miss so if you’re a student you most definitely do not have to miss out. Additionally if you’re looking for cheap delivery Missguided is most definitely the site for you with standard 3-5 day delivery costing only 99p and next day delivery only £1.99 if you order before 5pm. In my experience Missguided is especially good if you’re looking for something to wear on a night out, with their dresses and heels being particularly good in quality and pricing. So if you’re looking for something for a night out with cheap delivery, plus really cute packaging when it does get delivered, look no further than Missguided.

Boohoo: Finally we have reached our cheapest site to shop on. Let’s get the negatives out of the way first- Boohoo is not particularly great at sizing, especially when it comes to jeans or anything that goes over your legs. If you do have more of a curvy shape and want to use Boohoo to buy your clothes I suggest looking in the plus size & curve section. However Boohoo does have its positives; it’s really cheap. You can literally buy a full outfit for all of about £30 including delivery (£1.50 for next day) and if you don’t like your outfit when it comes there’s always your free return. Their clothing may be cheap, but it won’t make you look it as you can still find the latest high-street fashion for the cheapest prices. If you need somewhere cheap to shop online Boohoo is your answer, but just beware because you get what you pay for so your outfit may not last forever, but it will look amazing on you while it does.

So there you go, my 3 favourite online shops to use when you’ve exhausted all the high-street options, or you just fancy buying yourself a little treat. Happy shopping.
